Theater Arlington: Where All the World’s a Stage

A community theater is an important part of any city’s cultural landscape, and locals are lucky to have Theater Arlington presenting entertaining, challenging dramas and musicals throughout the year. The theater was founded in 1973 with its first production, Light Up The Sky, and it's been earning an excellent reputation ever since.

Nine different programs are staged over the course of a year-long season, and regulars rave about the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the staff. The programming is a mix of crowd-pleasers straight off the Broadway stage mixed with more thought-provoking material, plus a show or two suitable for all ages. Auditions for each show are held publicly, so you might just recognize one of your neighbors up on stage! Theater Arlington also hosts a popular teen and youth drama program once a week.

The venue is spacious with solid sightlines and good acoustics, and ticket prices are very reasonable, especially for matinees.
